Whether you're new to Pilates, returning to movement, or looking for a more personalised approach, sessions are designed around your individual needs, goals and experience level.

Through tailored Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions, I focus on helping you build strength, improve mobility and move with greater confidence both in the studio and in everyday life.

About Amy

I'm a Level 3 certified Pilates teacher with a passion for helping people build strength, improve mobility and feel more connected to their bodies through movement.

My teaching style combines strength, control and mindful movement, with sessions designed to feel supportive, challenging and adaptable to the individual in front of me. I believe movement should feel intentional and sustainable, helping you move well not only during sessions, but in everyday life too.

Alongside 1:1 teaching, I also teach group Reformer and Mat Pilates as well as Aerial Yoga. I am based at The Pole Shed in Littleport, Ely. My own movement journey has taken me across Southeast Asia and the East Coast of Australia, where I explored a variety of teaching styles and approaches to movement and wellbeing. These experiences continue to influence my teaching today, shaping a balanced approach that blends strength, mobility and body awareness.

I'm also continuing to expand my education and currently working towards my Level 4 Pilates qualification, alongside further training in nutrition and pre & post natal exercise, allowing me to continue developing a more supportive and well-rounded approach to movement coaching.

1:1 Reformer Pilates

A personalised Reformer Pilates session designed around your individual needs, goals and experience level.

Using the Reformer to provide both support and resistance, sessions focus on building strength, improving mobility, developing body awareness and supporting confident movement through controlled, intentional exercises.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

1:1 Mat Pilates

A bespoke Mat Pilates session focused on building strength, stability, and control through mindful movement.

Using bodyweight exercises and small equipment where appropriate, sessions are designed to improve posture, mobility and movement while developing a deeper connection to how your body moves.

 

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

1:1 Mixed Pilates

A flexible option combining both Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions across your tailored programme.

Reformer and Mat Pilates complement each other beautifully with the Reformer offering support and resistance while Mat Pilates helps develop control, stability and body awareness. Together, they create a well-rounded approach to building strength, mobility and confident movement.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
